This guy was..or is...a jackass. The FPPC does not seize vehicles. I wasn't inferring that he was ignorant because he had long hair and a beard. I was giving a verbal description because I didn't think the camera got his picture.

Long hair and a beard... wow that certainly disqualifies him from knowing the law (and he does) or voicing his opinion.
This as opposed to an illegal rolling-billboard that doesn't comply with the laws regarding political campaigns.
