This place is the worst place to live in.... i REPEAT don't waste your money.... when you get there they take you to there nicest apts.... but once you sign the lease the apt that you sign up for is shitty, cock roach infested... and there is either something leaking, noisy neighbors, and absolutely no parking after 7pm.... this place is shit.
We live at Park La Brea and it is incredibly dangerous. People from the outside are allowed to hold parties in Park La Brea parks. Security has its hands tied and cannot help residents, even when they are being threatened by other tenants.
ROFL... The security dude is a bluff. There is absolutely no security that is caucasian... it's just a paid actor. I grew up in this place, but it is indeed equal distance around the city.
