I'm at McKell middle and since mr bare put the 7th and 8th grade together, our advanced band has sucked...but oh well. I will be in concert band next year. Can't wait to see the new teacher, we have mr Davis at the middle school right now. All the 7tg graders were whining today that they were out of breathe and I told them about the song "afterburn" it was intended for advanced high school but we took it on last year. It was awesome.
This is the very beginning of marching band for a lot of the freshmen out there- they've only been playing in sync with others on a field for 2 weeks in this video. We're in band camp right now- We're doing better than this at the moment. Don't judge based on their first real performance! Look at FBA 2009
We got straight superior ratings. Perfect score. THAT is our best work.

I used to be in Marching band (color guard) in my high school Days..What the heck Happened!?..*L*.. i mean the band is so...SMALL.. and They are bored outta their heads!.. I mean look at the one "flag" girl..Middle Row.. all the way to the Left.. she stands there..like a Lump..the entire time.. with arms..and legs.. Spread like an idiot... We would have gotten in so much Trouble.. *sigh*.. the times..they are a changing.. *feels really old now*..*LOL*
