I can only speak for myself. While I don't hate Metallica, I have no respect for them. They've now amounted to trite phonies who don't know how to bow out gracefully. Beating a dead horse, aren't they?

Whatever James and Lars hate, their braindead fans will hate. Why? Because unlike Megadeth fans, Metallica fans are a bunch of sheep.

I respect Megadeth/Mustaine simply because they've never lost their integrity and credibility. And they're songs and playing are far better quality.

Megadeth is fucking awesome, and i do love both bands, but one thing some of u diehard fans will never learn is that he infact did NOT write all their first material, he wrote some riffs to like 4 songs... and all of Mechanix. But not all of thier material...
