When I do eN- Kriya Yoga, Nithyananda meditation, during the 4step, I clearly see this same eye appears, and from my belly slowly moves to the head. It brights and it's surrounded by blue, red, and yellow colors. Is not scary at all, silence and stillness are there.

quick FYI if some of you guys dont know, the third eye (pineal gland) becomes calcified after a life of drinking flourodated water, fluoride toothpaste, even now being added to foods. The rulers of this world know this potential and have been actively moving to eliminate our free thought, expression, spiritual energy...as I am new to reading about this specific topic, people out there new to the term New World Order need to learn about that.
