milk is intended for babies. hence the human breast dries up after infancy. also we are the only species that drinks milk from another species. think about it people. we shouldn't be cheating nature, drinking cows milk in the first place or milk in general prior to infancy. milk is intended for the biggest growth spurt in humans from infant to child only. i dont care what anyone says the meat and dairy industry has you fooled and these videos are absolute propaganda.
calcium helps, not cows milk. its still causing osteoporosis. 70% of the world isnt drinking milk and they are fine. hip fracture is rare in asia. and half of the world is lactose intolerant. if cows milk would be for us, anyone could drink it, right?
