2:35 -They need to calm down, I know its a training exercise but in a real situation you can't just open fire the second someone 'thinks' they see contact. It could be anyone.. I understand this is training though, and things will be different in a real firefight.

these are congolose rangers trained by belgian paracommando's, i don't know exactly but some of those rangers are used in national parks and stuff. Since Congo was a Belgian colony, Belgium trains them once and a while.
