This is from the January 26, 1970 episode "The Middle Years", in which John Monroe [William Windom] has fantasies about his sexy new neighbor [Lee] while his wife Ellen [Joan] is away...like this one. Note very carefully, at 3:31, when Lee and Joan (or rather, their stunt doubles) crash through the double glass backyard doors....there IS no "backyard". There's a wall in front of it!

Great fun video -- and Joan Hotchkis is still at it, performing in great one-woman shows she has written. She did one over a decade ago, on aging and sexuality -- and she ended up bare-assed naked on stage, looking fabulous at 68. Can't wait for her next one.

Barnaby Jones began in 1973 or therabouts. Interestingly (to me, anyway) Joan Hotchkis began her recurring role as Oscar's doctor girlfriend on The Odd Couple in 1970, as well as doing this series.
