I (we) have contacts at DHL which are informed about the scam in which was in progress. The scammer is forced to pay IN CASH at his local DHL hub ( usually in Lagos) before he receives the shipment. You have made a terrible mistake by assuming we have no idea what is going on.

It works because the scammer sends the shipper to pick up the parcel. In Nigeria DHL only accepts cash but is willing to ship world wide so it does not matter to them where they pick-up. HOWEVER there are some variables behind this that are not shown and if the "average person" tries this they may be liable for the shipping costs.

I HAVE seen one scambaiter make money off a 419 man.

The 419 man was playing several "characters" and the intended mugu claimed to have $400 of the "$600 USD only" and could not raise the rest. As I think about it, there may have been more than one 419 man involved because instead of accepting the $400 "for now", they actually wired the intended victim the $200 difference. Maybe one was working for the other or intimidated somehow. But anyway the intended mugu walked away with $200! Bully!

Why are you "sure"? Do you read our forum? If so you would see / hear that he did. I have contacts with DHL and it's confirmed. It is not clear that he "paid" in the video because as the title states, it's "in progress", and what you see is simply the preparation of the merchandise. From there, I call my contact at DHL and and let them know whats up. So.......are you still sure? If so, I'd like to know how when you really do not know what we do ;)
