i remember my parents telling me what it was like when they flew on the concorde to paris. they said their knees were almost in to their stomachs, crunched up, very uncomfortable, and this is how the 'rich' consider ....'the life' - ??????????? amusing - the only good thing that the concorde was good for, was speed - a normally 7 hr flight from jfk to cdg, took under 3 hrs on the concorde! btw, my mom also said: "u r so high in the air, that u actually c the curvature of the earth" wow!
I don't know who took these pictures, but almost all of the ones inside the aircraft, while pointed at the window, are about 8 inches below it. So all you see is the wall. Pretty silly.
It was a memorable day, such a graceful looking bird, I didnt have a video camera but I took some nice pictures that I compiled and posted on my you tube channel, We flew a Cessna 172 that I co owned back then (N8388U) from Auburn CA to Reno just to see this historic flight, I still have the poster that I bought commemorating the occasion.
