you think This Badlands is Great' go to Worland Wyoming & go 20 Miles North on 15 Mile Road' & then take a Right for Another 5 Miles' & then go Right Again.
you will see some indian Badass Badlands. its Fuckin Cooler then SHIT.
We were there when that happened, that was horrible. We were actually on top of the mountain when lightning was striking 20 feet away from us. Beautiful Landscape though. But I could do without the Lightning!
Can somebody help. I'm scared shitless of fog and clouds. This winter there's been fog most days, and I stay holed up at home and skip work. Today I had to teach a class so I closed my eyes and walked the distance...well the dog wasn't that thick too.
Both are harmless and fog is nothing more than a cloud on the ground. Where I live there was lots of fog during the winter of 2008-2009 and it was fun . The reason you're scared of them is because when you see a bank of either heading towards you it seems foreboding, right? Well there's no need to be afraid. You can basically think of fog as a protective blanket. I hope I helped. Ciao.
I saw a wall of fog once,.. it came in right up against the promenade in Penzance, Cornwall late one night. It was SOO well defined, I could put my hand half-in to it right up to my knuckles. It was literally a WALL of fog. Moving probably no faster than 1inch a minute; not a SINGLE breath of wind, & was insanely slow moving, yet perfectly defined. Was the strangest thing I have EVER seen.
Wow incredible Mike! I was looking at your pics of the Badlands without the fog and I have never seen so much green on them. I went there in 2005 or 2006 and again in 2007 while chasing sometime in June and it was green like that, very cool!
Interesting John. It must be how cool and late warming up it has been north of KS this year. That and the couple systems that provided a ton of rain. I'm sure it'll vanish readily once they get to their lovely 110+ summer temps.
Thumbs up for Telegraph Road at 4:32

Just don't look through the view finder I guess. Gets pretty easy after chasing storms very long. Just hold your hand there I guess.

There are phobias for both:
Homichlophobia- Fear of fog.
Nephophobia- Fear of clouds.

Is this the Arrowhead project?
Honestly one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen!!!!
I cant imagine there are many recorded events like this.
Anyone have any others?
I cant imagine much topping this.
Thank you for the video and the stills
