I would like to know whether Professor Gross may have published any text book in mathematics. I also would like to know the name of the author of the text book that goes with these lectures and how I can possibly obtain the supplementary material that Dr. Gross mentions in all his lectures. Some professors in mathematics are gifted mathematicians but very lousy lecturers. In other words they are not gifted in the art of presenting their knowledge to the level of the comprehension of the students. Professor Gross is gifted in both, knowledge and the art of presentation. Like precious stones such as diamond, these kinds of professors are very rare and hard to find.
