Ummmm...No, Mr. Sinatra was a life-long New Deal Democrat until the Kennedys screwed him over. Kennedy was to stay at Sinatra's Compound in CA (Sinatra had campaigned heavily for Kennedy) until his advisors thought it projected the wrong "image". So JFK stayed at Bing Crosby's estate: Bing was a Republican. After that, Sinatra endorsed Nixon, then Reagan. In fact, he staged Reagan's Inaugural Ball. Compare "The House I Live In" to "God Damn America" - you think the Chairman woulda went for that?
