yes, Raymond was from Chicago originally but moved to LA and actually just randomly showed up at WOF whenever he wanted (uninvited of course). He always had nice things to say about Pat and Vanna and the show but the people at WOF, didn't share the same sentiments. WLS our ABC affiliate who airs wheel followed him to Disneyland and profiled him on TV after his success on the show. He was interesting to watch!!

I think the episode is from Season 11 (1993-94), the same year WOF used the 1989-92 theme as the closing theme in 1993-94.
