I took a picture of mine recently, but I am dubious about the extreme lack of accredited and scientific documentation in just about anywhere I have searched. You won't find this one google scholar, academic premier or JSTOR, and most of the ones on google are potentially spurious. There is just too little well-documented evidence so far, in spite of the phenomenal attention given to it.

man I really wish they would try to be more objective when exploring the unknown. I love stuff like this, but why on earth would you ask someone who already believes in auras to tell you if a psychic aura reader read yours right? Of course they'll say yes. Why wouldn't you ask the families and friends and maybe even people who only barely know them if they think it's right? Studies like this are why every scientific discovery starts out as an outrage.
I agree 85%(which is all that is needed to prove something scientifically). I think that shows like these aren't really made to break down truth about aura. That is, if it exists. I for one think that there may be some evidence, but shows like this only serve to make more skeptical and continue western or westernized mainstream science into more bias. Which I think will only lead to far less serious research.

You've misinterpreted it. The colors themselves were accurate enough to describe the characteristics. The meanings of those colors doesn't change upon convenince of the reader. The meanings of the colors are prerry much understood to be the same across all aura readers. They match the colors of the chakras in Hinduism as well as the meanings and functions of each chakra. This therefore is much less ironious than the horoscope experiment. Proof positive.

That is true, but I am not quite sure how you can prove that you can see auras. If however you possess psychic abilities such as mind reading or the ability to move objects or talk with the dead, that can be proven and you will get $1,000,000. In Kirlian photos the truly remarkable thing is that, even if a limb has been cut off, its Kirlian compnent is still there. That may not be a scientific proof, but it certainly enhances the probability factor.

I agree. I had this incident with a college professor a few days ago. I asked for if there was any science to back up his claims that his theory was correct and he said "I showed you in the story i just told you." I believed what he said, I just wanted more proof for the skeptics. However, when he refuses to offer more evidence it makes the believers skeptical. If you truly believe in it, then you should be looking for proof that it is in fact real.

Everyone changes moods, not just some people. Of course some people change mood more often or more strongly than others. That´s why we´re human and not machines. Now, form that to say that some people are able to see the mood changes by seeing someone´s aura´s color is really stretching it.

people are always changing. I never looked at this till today. When I went to my friends house, I had a feeling that something was going to happen that had something to do with police. When I left his house I got pulled over. The reason was my front windows were tinted, if I would of left earlier I would of not got pulled over. Thank you! No nothing paranormal. I'm no psychic or anything. But I can tell when people are lying or are nervous because it will spike like static. Also when they r a certain size I can sort of tell if they feel tired or feel good. Like if they r thinner, they r more tired. Oh and I can't see my own or through glass or objects. I only see them on living things. And I can see them in the dark but not pitch black. I can also tell when someone is really sick or cancer cuz it'll be brown or dirty.

If there was a way to prove it, sure. My friends used to test me to see if I could tell if they were lying. I think I see them because I have some kind of problem with my retina in my left eye. My eye doctor says he's never seen that before but he thinks maybe it's that the retina wants to detach. But it's been that way for a verrry long time. Who knows. I wish I could get a real answer about this but so far I haven't. It doesn't bother me though, so whatever. As long as I don't go blind.

The best way to find out if auras (the ones you see around the saints' heads on the icons) and energies (Kirlian photography) exist is to learn how to see them with your own eyes, which I did myself a few years ago after many trials and errors. But it was totally worth it, because not only they are very beautiful but also because now I can say that I Know that auras are real! I no longer need to believe in them.

man I really wish they would try to be more objective when exploring the unknown. I love stuff like this, but why on earth would you ask someone who already believes in auras to tell you if a psychic aura reader read yours right? Of course they'll say yes. Why wouldn't you ask the families and friends and maybe even people who only barely know them if they think it's right? Studies like this are why every scientific discovery starts out as an outrage.

I agree 85%(which is all that is needed to prove something scientifically). I think that shows like these aren't really made to break down truth about aura. That is, if it exists. I for one think that there may be some evidence, but shows like this only serve to make more skeptical and continue western or westernized mainstream science into more bias. Which I think will only lead to far less serious research.

Why are all the color readings about vague, positive qualities? She was following their body cues during her "reading." The readings should have been written first. Then the volunteers should have picked which reading they felt best described them, and only then learn if the reading was actually from their own aura.

Everything she's saying applies to everybody: "Green means you don't like to be bossed around" - nobody likes that. "But yellow means that you do. You have yellow and some green..." It's called COMPROMISE." It means is that we're willing to compromise.

You've misinterpreted it. The colors themselves were accurate enough to describe the characteristics. The meanings of those colors doesn't change upon convenince of the reader. The meanings of the colors are prerry much understood to be the same across all aura readers. They match the colors of the chakras in Hinduism as well as the meanings and functions of each chakra. This therefore is much less ironious than the horoscope experiment. Proof positive.

I agree. I had this incident with a college professor a few days ago. I asked for if there was any science to back up his claims that his theory was correct and he said "I showed you in the story i just told you." I believed what he said, I just wanted more proof for the skeptics. However, when he refuses to offer more evidence it makes the believers skeptical. If you truly believe in it, then you should be looking for proof that it is in fact real.

people are always changing. I never looked at this till today. When I went to my friends house, I had a feeling that something was going to happen that had something to do with police. When I left his house I got pulled over. The reason was my front windows were tinted, if I would of left earlier I would of not got pulled over. Maybe its just a coincidence, but when the cop flashed his bright light at me, I saw a blue/white aura, maybe it was from the light, But I went home without a ticket :)

But you have just told us what is happening with you. You are not seeing auras. What you are seeing is something that has to do with your condition. Surely oftalmologysts can have a name for it. But it´s something natural. Nothing paranormal here.

Thank you! No nothing paranormal. I'm no psychic or anything. But I can tell when people are lying or are nervous because it will spike like static. Also when they r a certain size I can sort of tell if they feel tired or feel good. Like if they r thinner, they r more tired. Oh and I can't see my own or through glass or objects. I only see them on living things. And I can see them in the dark but not pitch black. I can also tell when someone is really sick or cancer cuz it'll be brown or dirty.

I used to never talk about it to anyone because when I was little I got kind of humiliated by a teacher in class when we were talking about the way shadows work and I asked her what the colors were around people. :( It was pretty embarassing to feel like ppl think ur crazy being only 7 yrs old. I'll never forget that. But now I see that people are more open to this so I don't feel so weird talking about it. I just want to learn more about them and maybe find out why I see them exactly.

I don't know why people consider auras as paranormal. They're not paranormal, they are there it's just that not everyone can see them. But they can't determine the type of person you are or anything like that. I see it more like what kind of state ur in at the time. Like I can't tell if you are a "sensual" person, I think that's fake. It's all those fakes out there that make it hard for me to find real answers and information about this.

That lady reading the colors must be a sham, a true reader would look at the person and say all the qualities they see in that person. This woman just has color personality traits memorized, you can look them up online. This show would be much better if a "real" aura reader did the readings

If there was a way to prove it, sure. My friends used to test me to see if I could tell if they were lying. I think I see them because I have some kind of problem with my retina in my left eye. My eye doctor says he's never seen that before but he thinks maybe it's that the retina wants to detach. But it's been that way for a verrry long time. Who knows. I wish I could get a real answer about this but so far I haven't. It doesn't bother me though, so whatever. As long as I don't go blind.
