In 44 years I have never heard anybody reply with "I have a plan".

is "plans" an equivalent of "youji" in english?
"plan" is a "keikaku" and "plans" is a "youji"?
what if you have several "plans" (several "keikaku")?
if you say "i have several plans to work on", would people think that you have "plan-s" and not "youji"?
and what if you have several "youji"s. how would you say that in english?

Sorry for the late reply. Even if you are planning to do one thing or many things用事 you can just say: I have plans.
If you have many detailed, written out plans 計画 than PLANS is fine.
