something funny: nintendo changed Yanmegas Sprite in Pokemon Platinum, now it looks very similiar to Megaguirus!

Godzilla didn't die. he was simpely push deep under ground. Hell he roars right before the credits role in the film. Though I kinda wish they made Godzilla x Megaguirus a sequal to Godzilla 2000: Millenium.

The AI is pretty random in this game. Sometimes it's good, sometimes not. I guess it's coincidence that it's not whenever you fight her.
