  • The band performing "All Night Long" is Little Isidore & the Inquisitors. It was originally recorded by the Du Mauriers on Bobby Robinson's Fury Records in 1957. It's a shame that the bass singer for the Inquisitors didn't do that bass "raspberries" thing like The Du Mauriers did. Otherwise this is a great version -- and a great video too!

  • how is the name of the singer of this song, i likeit!!!!!!!!!! ♪♪♪♪all nigth long ♪♪♪♪♪♪

  • You people see that? That is called "dancing" and "class". These words mean nothing today. I would so attend a 50's dance even though I wasnt born anywhere near the 50's over say a 2011 style dance.

Swing is what they call it today and no video do I enjoy more than this. I really have to learn these dances but not sure if I am too old to bounce & fly across the dance floor like these teeny boppers, I just love this video creation.

  • Great comments about the early days of rock n roll. It was a great time. I know, I was there. Born in 1944. Only problem is I had to grow old! But that's okay too. It's so true about the music today and of old. The something that is missing is that people don't dance anymore and that's because - how do you dance to something with no melody? Rapping is not singing. Too bad. This generation really missed out on a lot of fun.

  • whats the name the song?

  • It's funny how such a hit as this...just takes 3 minutes for the entire song and just a few seconds to get you off your seat.

Not like these days a song is like 5 minutes and doesn't say or mean anything at all!

  • @tumsabai1 wish I had have been a teen in the 50's :)

  • @jennifer23ish I actually was a teen in the 60's but this music and these dances carried over to that time. Am now a grandmother and 62 years old but still have to get up and dance a few steps when I hear this music. It really WAS a fun, fun time to be a teenager.......we had a blast!! We still try to recreate as much of this as we can at our class reunions. Wish it could all come back.....includung the youth! LOL!

  • @palajn yes , people were so graceful then and knew how to really dance ,and SIGH, the women's fashions ,please morph me back :)

  • so bright and shiney one word to describe oldie goldie!

  • Back when people could really dance!

  • @rarerare37 Thats what i said, not like that garbage "grinding" which is just a pathetic excuse for drunk people who can't dance.

  • this is dancing reminds me of the gang, evolutions from the 40,s r&r just had fastre and more rhythem, ckeck the guy on the right in dark suit-- smooth dancer, these look like my friends who had the rhythem and move s to the song, and that,s why the rest of the kids steped aside and watched, this is right out of american bandstand and west through PENNSYLVANIA toward CENTRAL PA TO PITTSBURG AND INTO OHIO-- GROOVY DANCERS memories of my youth 1950,s

  • @Rocky1DJ Спасибо большое за доставленное удовольствие вернуться в молодость ! За музыку, за видео!!! Успехов!

  • @Rocky1DJ

Who is singing the song?? It's great!

  • The dance moves of that era were great! It's so much fun to get up and dance to 50's music. Today they do way to much grinding and slutty shit. Back then dancing looked fun and EVERYONE did it. They were dancing with you instead of ignoring you on their ipod or on the computer. I wish that I'd been around for it all.

  • *sigh* why was I born in 1989

  • So when are we ALLOWED to say Rap and hip hop SUCKS>....I really want to say that I cant find any of Rockies music in Canada

  • Love this one!!

    Thank you!!

    Jennie.

  • Technically this vid's not quite a 50's tribute to Rock n' Roll, as a couple of the dance clips shown like most of the Lindy Hop and the Big Apple section were invented quite a bit before the 50's, especially the Big Apple, which came around in the 1920's.

  • file(koles) super

  • es buenisimo!!

  • great job,thats dancin

  • 1957 rock make me sick :P~

  • @NickxXxL1ed

I'll take that kind off sick anytime over todays crap!!!

  • THOSE WERE THE DAYS.

  • I wish we still dance this instead of dancing stupid pop and hip hop music.

  • @AprilCooper4

You and me both. I hate what we do these days!!!

  • This video always 'moves' me. I'm addicted to it!

  • cute.

  • Song is called "All Night Long" This version is done by "Little Isadore & The Inquizidors" Original done by The DuMaires

  • does anyone know the name of the song from im guessing 1961,it kina starts out like the first 15 seconds of this video and the lyrics sing about a good current event with an upbeat "mmm mm mm" after.then they say a bad current event with a sad downpitched"mmmm mmm mm"...it goes something like....."the interest rate is up now...mmm mm mm"......"chinas got the bomb now..mmm mm mm" was born in 85 so im ignorant to the names of the classics

  • who sings this tunes getting jiggy

  • Little Isidore & the Inquisitors.

    Greetings !!!
