PSDB, the second largest party went to the second round in 10/31 and didn´t not elected a single black candidate for any position in this election.

It takes 4 hours to burn down a house. It takes 6 months to build it up again. Obama has now had 1 yr. 10 months to rebuild what was damaged through 8 yrs. . He did not say "YES I CAN"! he said "YES WE CAN" It takes more than a vote to put things right. Trust yourselves because "YOU STILL CAN"!!!!. All what it takes is for you to hold on to the hope and stay with it. That's your job. He is doing the rest.

I think the problem is that people put him on such a high pedestal and expected him to heal america in a day, but they have to realize, he is just one man, and he has to clean up a lot of crap left over by not just Bush, but some others too. and it takes time. It's going to take a whole lot of time to dig us out this hole we're in.

@Skabur123 You need to check your facts we are in a better place now then we were when he took office! If you look back at the record over the past two years it will be clear. Some things werent as he said or wanted but if it werent for the Rep. in congress fighting every thing and washing it down it would be. The failures of this presidents arnt his. they are the GOPs because they have done nothing but stall congress to make it look like its his fault.

Im sorry I dont look at it that way. President Obama has had the Democrats in control of Congress since he took or pretty damn close. @Skabur123 Yes I am sorry your right! It is totally the Dems fault that not one Rep will vote yes on any issue if the President supports it even if it is a Rep idea. Because the Rep force a Filibuster on every issue it takes 60 votes to pass anything. That to me proves Rep are at fault. As far as him doing what he campaigned on yes his has. It all has not been accomplished yet but every thing he has done so far yes he campaigned on it. Youtube is full of vids from the campaign, look at them!
