Bought this PS3 Version of this stick. It works great! I love playing Marvel 2 with it. Definitely a good choice if you're looking to play original.

@darkamascara Well, thats depends how much force you use, and I got stick today for £120 but worth the money and very responsive especially the buttons so as long you use it properly and respectfully, it will you last for years of enjoying.

To the dude crying bout pad vs stick players. Its not an unfair advantage. Some of us have been using stick long before PSN/Xbox live leaderboards even existed. Some of us grew up in arcades and Barber shops with Mk3 and SF2 Cabinets. All Fighting games should be played the way they were supposed to. On Stick. Saying pro players should play a pad only tourney is like saying NBA players should wear boots only cause sneakers give them an unfair agility advantge. Stop cryin and just play.

I wonder how many at the top of PSN or Xbox live would drizzle to the bottom if they were forced to play stick players only people with same equipment as themselves, that way if a person wanted to use his stick he'd tell the game, and he'd be on the 'stick leaderboard' or rack up stick points, and if he decides to play pad for a while his winnings would go towards the pad leaderboard

I have HORI RAP VLX.3 arguably best commercial stick in the world and I don't use it because it's cheating eos

IF that becomes part of the game, so stick players only fight stick players, and pad players on fights pad players, then it'd be interesting to see how Justin Wong would do if he entered an all-pad tournament, with a pad himself, with appropriate practice

Also if the leaderboards was divided into a stick leaderboard and a pad leaderboard, that way we could see how good someone was ASIDE from their tech advantage that'd be fuckin awesome Winners don't do drugs or cheat with lousy equipment

I like how this shows if you got a stick it doesn't mean you got skills, over standard pad players (I solely play pad have a HORI RAP VLX.3 but haven't used it, winners don't use techs to win, against people aren't prepared or have same 'quipment) it just means you've got some tech that does the work for you, and allows you to do things can't be done on a normal PS3 or Xbox pad, and so catchs people off guard, who are used yo playing pad players online

We need to separate sticks and pad, ftw

There is no "unfair advantage", if you say you are a pad only player, then you should be able to be competent and fight someone thats a stick player. Its about preference not advantage. I'm really considering buying this when the Amazon.co.jp limited edition comes out, but I'm more a PC player than a PS3 player, so I don't want to get screwed if I can't play it on my PC...

Really don't like the look of that start button position either... And it's not as moddable.

Just to clear of few things. The reason why the start button is there is because this stick is based of the Taito Viewlix layout. Also the reason why there is a little overhang is so that 2 stick can fit snugly together to get the proper arcade feel. Because on Taito Viewlixes the stick unit are quite close together.

That's how Hori named their two different version of buttons/sticks for the Ps3 and 360 versions.. I wish both versions were available for both systems though. The new stick looks real slick though

I was excited to see this but I gotta say this looks like a huge letdown. Forget how it playssss, putting the start button over there was a bad idea, and you can see Justin thinks that. You can have Sanwa/Seimitsu in any other stick w/out the annoying layout :/ I'll be sticking w/ my HRAP 2 fo'eva.
