Isto é a sério?
Last year, around the same time of the year, we used to do this on saturday morning class. I'm (Ricardo Guerreiro, here) not attending classes on a regular basis right now but I guess Ricardo still does it quite often. It's one of my favourite kinds of training, this plyometric circuit. I remember a similar kind of practice in Boston with Bruce (can't remember the surname right now, he was into skiing) back in 1997. I used to love his classes with this kind of circuit also.
The warm up is always the same, before we start running. And then this circuit we do it acording to the schedule of training. Prety regular training :) You should see the legs and kick training or tan tui, those are the ones I find the hardest I guess.
