  • Isto é a sério?

  • Last year, around the same time of the year, we used to do this on saturday morning class. I'm (Ricardo Guerreiro, here) not attending classes on a regular basis right now but I guess Ricardo still does it quite often. It's one of my favourite kinds of training, this plyometric circuit. I remember a similar kind of practice in Boston with Bruce (can't remember the surname right now, he was into skiing) back in 1997. I used to love his classes with this kind of circuit also.

  • That looked like a great class, very efficient:-) Well done Ricardo!

  • Awsome video! Seems like a really nice training! I'm glad to see you guyz implemented Master Li's "routine" in warmup :D

how often do you do such trainings?

  • @darth8freak

The warm up is always the same, before we start running. And then this circuit we do it acording to the schedule of training. Prety regular training :) You should see the legs and kick training or tan tui, those are the ones I find the hardest I guess.
