I stay pretty active. I raised my kid in motocross racing, To stay fit I made of point of lifting him up and tossing him up in the air all the time. 2-3-4-9-11 years old. but even though I did it all the time the weight catches up. At appox 65 lbs I had to give up, I just couldn't toss him up in the air. I could get him up a little, but not like 55-60 lbs when he could stretch out in mid air. Point is be happy if you bench 225. There is a curve to this and like age it's anything but linear!

Hey, I am on my second week of weight training (to gain muscle). Now, after Thanksgiving, I get to join you in trying to loose weight. Yes, I have some love handles now. So, I have to eat better and add some more cardio to my workout :S.
GRIN! Welllll........ I actually find that concept to be an alien one to me...... my wife has told me for years I am an alien. Ayiyi.....we gotta keep this one under our hats....people might want interviews or something - LOL!
Kerry, I like your attitude. The Holidays are hard for everyone...except me. LOL! I only made it to the gym 3 times last week, but I stayed on my diet. It's good that you did eat some healthy foods during the holiday; and truthfully, I do see a difference in your abs from the last video.

GOOD! But don't let the excuses turn the weeks into months then years....... do something everyday, even if it is small. At least your psychology says I have done something about it today.
You are looking better, we all need to enjoy food once in a while. The key is that overall our daily lifestyle is healthy and we continually excercise. The most important thing is to be consistent in exercising as with anything worth anything...my goal is to exercise one hour each day period. Let know know how I do, there is no reason I work two jobs but I figure that is only 1/24th of the day.
