How to make a Kigurumi Mask

For anyone who sees this :

1. Model is made by Pepakura (I believe / This would work)

2. Formo modelling clay is used to smooth surface.

3. Three mold pieces are made over model. Silicone mold with Fibreglass jacket - Dentist Plaster is a better / cheaper / quicker option instead of Fibreglass.

NOTE: Molds are made so they fit nicely together. Your seams should be identical.

4. Mold is assembled, and you can slush cast resin on the inside.

5. De-Mold, Paint skin/eyes - Add hair - Done!

It's a Cosplay where most people hide their gender and try to dress up as close to the anime character they are trying to portray, in Japan most of the people are known as Dollers,

Sadly a lot of people in North America Bastardized this form of cosplay into a cross dressing fetish,

in Japan there was a group known as Studio Sigma who had females dress up in Kigurumi and a lot of the costumes were expertly done.
