It seems like the Missing Link always looked more like the Weakest Link. I'd be amazed if that bot ever won a bout.

@donkwich If that's what really happened, they might as well have just forfeited. If you go and face perhaps the greatest lightweight in all of BattleBots (in my opinion) with nothing but a phone book as a weapon, you deserve to be annihilated. Simple as that.

@vikingsallday005 It's still cool to see them try to hold their own with a phone book against Ziggo, the crowd certainly loved it. There wasn't much they could do, Missing Link isn't the kind of bot that can defeat Ziggo.

@donkwich I don't think that there is any type of bot that can beat Ziggo. That's kinda how it goes for all spinner bots. They normally tend to beat themselves when they do lose because they either get unstable or stop spinning. For proof of that just look some of Mauler's fights.

@vikingsallday005 I'd say the best bot that can beat Ziggo is either a strong wedge bot or a bot with a low-to-the-ground weapon that can attack Ziggo's wheels or pin it to the spike strip. I recall after this match Ziggo lost in the next round because his opponent DasBot had an anti-Ziggo extension added to the front.

@donkwich I dunno Ziggo looks pretty low to the ground to me. The way I see it you'd have to be as low as BioHazard just to get underneath Ziggo.
