I HATE Walmart, especially their photo department, which I've never had any luck getting pictures developed anywhere. I dropped off two disposable cameras at Kmart once and it costed $30 to get them developed! But the worst was when I took one to Walmart from my summer vacation and the pictures didn't turn out whatsoever. WTF?! So there went those memories out the window. I would rather just order them on like SnapFish or something and wait over a week to get them than take them to Walmart.
