Maybe they're largely the same, maybe they're entirely different :). I have to read a few books about philosophy this year to get my grades, one about Wittgenstein and one about Heidegger, quite a coincidence you mention him :)

Wittgenstein's point (in which I follow him) in "on certainty" about reality, is that what we see as real, is a cultural "agreement". A common thing we have to have clear communication about something. That doesn't make it objectively real (nothing is), but it is real to us. If a person then starts making up his own world, others will not understand him. That's why a reality cannot remain personally, imo

Buildings don't fall from the sky, they are built with bricks (arguments) how rest on other arguments and finally remain solid on foundations (premises; arguments who are true in the way they don't need any explanation for their purpose). Thus, an opinion always need a rational reason to be taken seriously

Maar als reactie op wat je zei wil ik even zeggen dat er een verschil is tussen interpreteren en ervaren. Ervaren is zintuiglijk (in empirische zin) opnemen van werkelijkheid. Interpreteren is dan weer het indelen van die ervaring.
