i love the way the 1st violin sounds so nice and clear, and the 2nd violin is nice too and i love the way she moves so much. and the viola made a beautiful entrance and the cello was great too

love this peice played it enough times on viola of course yes ...and btw that is the viola on the outside of cello...not a violin, this set up is actually used quite often. :)

Beautiful peice. Rushed a tad later on....you can (not easily) tell they're amateurs but they still play it well! If the audience clapped then maybe they were just playing the 1st movement on it's own.....it's not unheard of..X

i think this fast tempo completely takes away from the themes throughout. It's all about the composer's travels through the midwest and what he hears along the way. i can't feel that at all at such a fast tempo.
