this is going to be a hard problem to solve. firstly the money people have donated will be more then half gone to goverments and outher fake charity organizations its truw. whatever money is left for donation would but toilets but no piping systems to places that barely even have water to flush it down with. secondly in places like that it would get broken very easily. also we should focus more on starvation first then this after we get pipes and clean water supply there.
