This guy ED RADER scammed me pretty good. He subs out work and on my job I got this rehabbed junky. He screwed up the entire project. After I kicked the guy out, ED RADER sued me. He lost and had to pay an attorney. He tried to ruin my credit saying I had not paid him but he quickly retracted after my attorney wrote him a nice letter. Websites don't make a builder or human being. WATCH OUT!
