THis is OUTRAGEOUS. Bush will be responsible for 40% of the national debt by 2019. 47% if we include the 2 wars he initiated. He racked up 2.3 TRILLION in tax cuts for the richest few Americans. THOSE R the facts. Do some research b4 u steal the ideas of others by taking the "HErbert Hoover" song ( who also led the country into disaster) and using it to trash OBAMA! Bush caused the problem. At least with Bush, white people had an opportunity for the same scholarships as Blacks and Mexicans. Now, both of my sisters are struggling to finish their degrees, not because of their GPA, but because the scholarship funds have declined them because their DNA structure doesn't qualify.
