if that is a custom puppet I must say it is very well done, just remember Dr. Teeth's smile is his eye draw so if you ever make another you consider making the teeth even more sharp, pronounced and exaggerated and widening the jaw. if you could add one thing to your performance it would be a mechanism to raise his eyelids and give him that 'wild' look on a few of the big accentuated words, and practice practice practice to match up your movements because at times you have far too much jaw action
