but it's much better then FIGHTING FORCE 2

I loved that game. Dunno why but it's one of my all time favorite. I liked trashing everything around me, the weird environment sounds instead of the music, the overall ambience. And I didn't like the first one. I was startled when I found out about how bad reviews this game had. Also I remember this game HAD instant 180degree turn on PSX.

I purchased this game thinking it was Fighting Force 1..

I had it back then. I had a german copy but i still loved this game. As i was watching the review i felt very bad. This game gave me a lot of fun, excitement and it was a pleasure to play with. I didn't even remember if the controls sucked, i only wanted to pass the levels and kill every enemy. I agree that after the fourth (ice stage with some nuclear missiles)level the game got REAL hard and i couldn't beat it. cheers everyone

I actually love this game. It's all about the gameplay. The controls are fine in the PS1 version AND the dreamcast has a better graphical interface in this game. I love both FF games. The only major flaw is FF2 would'nt class as a Fighting Force game as it's not arcade. So i class FF2 as an entirely diffrent game... If that makes sense

I was a massive streets of rage fan too and was disappointed with FF2 that it wasn't more like number 1 but me and my mate actually enjoyed it, I think it's because we were like 12 and so the awfulness we couldn't truly absorb but i'll never play it again so i'll always remember it fondly

Fighting Force 64 is still one of the best co-op brawlers though in my meaningless opinion.

you can pick up pretty much anything and throw it a people, beat people with it or fire it, thats what i loved about that game. The sequel looks HORRIBLE though, the first one was much more playable, lol

The sad thing is that I once had this game for the Dreamcast - it came with a bunch of games I bought at a flea market - but for some reason the [bleep]ing thing didn't read. It just kept going to the Dreamcast menu screen thing. So yeah, Fighting Force 2 does nothing right. It's not even a good drink coaster.
