Love your stuff! How would you break down the pulse, switch, ham move? The switch is a little tough to break down. Thanks for taking so much time to post
Hi Lilsuzq, The Pulse Switch Ham is a variation on 4 lunges. Both do not change lead leg, and are 12 counts. I just get them into a pattern of 4 lunges and 1 kick, then show the variation. Those who like it, pick it up, others can stay with the 4 lunges.
1) Start with 1 knee and march for 3 (do it twice), then a double hamstring (16 cts). Repeat opposite lead. 2) Change the marches to so they around the corner to the front of the step, as in the final move. 3) Change the knee to the kick/abduct lift move. Part 2 takes the longest for them to get since they have to figure out which way to turn.

Step Junkie,
Great stuff - thanks for posting. How do you teach the 10 count revolve?
