  • "Mom, is that my baby?" LMAO that was so cute

  • The child might be strangled by this long hair! Dangerous!

  • utterly re-damn-diculous in-damn-deed!! LMFAO what is going on???

  • dumb

  • omg this is distrubing! she looked like a doll for goodness sakes

  • Omg when I first saw the picture I questioned myself, "Is that a baby doll?" That is just flat out horrible. Why would a mother put a wig on a baby, especially one that long!

  • that's a tacky picture.

  • that looks ridiculous

  • 6:33 Monsters

  • "Mom, is that my baby?"

  • OMG! WTH! She looks super scary like one of those scary movies with the hair! Lord have mercy!

  • When I was young my mom kept braids in my hair, then my hair was growing & my hair was all the way down my back. I am mixed with African american, white & Native American. Then when I was about 10 my mom cut my hair (the reason being I really dont know why) And after that I began to get perms. Now im 18 & I have been natural for a couple months, & I have to say that when I have kids, they WILL NEVER get perms & weave put in their hair. I want them to love themselves for who they are. GREAT video

  • wow i just seen those pictures that's an utter mess give the baby a chance to grow her hair i believe kids shouldn't have hair like that in their head too young and their hair is too fine... shame on that mother

  • compete MADNESS

  • "Utterly ri - damn - diculous." I couldn't agree more. I can't believe how superficial that mother is. First of all, what ever happened to letting kids be kids? They're beautiful the way they are. Secondly, the baby has a beautiful face but looks fugly and scary with the wig. By the way, your son is precious. He certainly doesn't need any weird and painful beauty treatments to be beautiful.

  • ur son is sooo cute

  • I saw the picture. It is creepy. It does look odd. Someone said what kind of ghetto nonsense is this, lol. The mother needs to take that weave out her babies head.

  • rofllmaoomgomg......thats why alot of these gurls from the hood are walking around with no hairline.....

and even if a child has cancer she doesnt need to wear a wig. you can get a cute piece of material and wrap it around in a little bun, much cuter and normal looking than a wig. most grown women cant even rock their lace wigs lol

  • I agree and then I disagree. If they have form of hair loss ages 5 up. I understand because on lace wigs. because i have friend that her daughter has long hair and the back of is skinned bald because of her hair loss. A baby with a lace front thats wrong. I have another friend whose daughter faught cancer and bald . And she is 9yrs old . and she as complex about the way she look. And you dont have to use 99% or 91% to remove lace.wigs. You can use baby oil. and oil will loose up glue.

  • he's precious

  • Those pictures were so disturbing!!! I don't think children should wear wigs/weaves. I feel differently about braid extension. I think braids extensions are fine on children 9 years or older. As long as the extension are around the same length as the child's own hair and not ridiculously long. I personally hate really long extensions.

  • thats a damn shame for someone to put a wig on a babys head like that smh

  • that is freaking ridiculous. i personally wouldn't put a wig or extensions in my childs hair. my daughter would wear them if anything, when she's at the age to decide for herself if she likes it or not. there's nothing wrong with extensions at 14-15 but at 4 months that's crazy,

  • I totally agree on the lace-front but as for extensions, I do use them on my 4 year old. It's not really for length, but rather for manageability as she has very fine, kinky hair that does not stay neat in braids or cornrows for more than 2 days. I think the extensions protect her hair from being combed every other day as well as save me a LOT of time. I don't plan on using weave or wigs or relaxer, so for me, extensions are a good choice. :)

  • omg! that is crazy. Lord what is the world coming to.

  • someone call CPS! the baby's neck muscles are not strong enough to hold that mess up!! does anyone personally know her? how far will the epitomy of ignorance take a person? i bet this river rat thinks that we are all jealous and we are all hatin' on her.her brain needs an enema

  • love ur lipstick

  • omg i cant believe those parents something should be done about them abusing that poor baby like that!

  • Adorable Family

  • Someone should call dss because like u said it can ripe or tear the babys skin off.Its abuse 2 me.I think the parents have issues and its sad they put it on the children. This has got 2 stop.

  • This poem = truth Dear Lord, Im saying this prayer to you today, Please help me get away. The parents you gave [me] were rejected by you, I came out the womb with no clue. You created me grand, Tiny and precious and not in command. These pictures will live in infamy, A pretty baby made to look ugly. My mommy and daddy are too stupid to know, That my hair will eventually grow. Dear Lord, Please help me leave. My idiot parents gave me a weave.

  • those pictures on the website were most definately disturbing . Who does that to there children . That baby didn't even look a yr old .

  • HOT MESS!!!!

  • You're son is adorable "is that my baby" looooooool! I know your heart droped! ahhahahahaha

  • Your son is so cute!!!!

  • That's triflin. It's not hard to take care of infant's hair. Those pictures kinda made me mad a little.

  • I understand putting on wigs, extensions, braids or whatever else as a style. As in for a month or so because you like the hairstyle or you want a change. But when you put them and the underlying reason is self-hate, then I have a problem. On babies, that CANNOT just be a style- the mother is crazy. There's no other explanation. To BRAINWASH your child at such a young age...smh...

  • OH MY! lol as long as they're mothers on this earth who put lace front wigs on theri babies we know we've got a broken society...no way!

    extensions...braids...lace fronts= why!...why on a 2 month old? oh my days...

btw you're son is officially adorable!!

  • WTH? OMG... Are these people serious?

    SMH... Ghetto mentality.

  • Nothing wrong with adults wearing wig, but to put it on a baby is really wrong. I never really thought of putting the extensions(cornrolls, or box braids) like that, but you make a really good point.

  • Oh MY GOD! Poor child

  • I've seen it all man. I've seen children with tight extensions in their hair and weaves. I'm telling you its unbelievable. I don't understand what is wrong with just bubbling up a little girl's hair. I mean seriously, they're only kids all of that tight big things on their head is not necessary. Let kids be kids.

  • If an adhesive is appied 2 the hair and the wig has to be taken out with something that will burn the scalp or forehead,I think that is child abuse. These moms need to let kidsBkids. I think the appropriate age for extention braids is 14(8th grade) weeve(tracks) 15 (freshman year) lace front(senior prom). This is just my opinion. I was 19 when I first got any type of fake hair, which were Crenshaw Mafia braids back when the movie "BOYZ N DA HOOD" came out.

  • I saw the picture. The baby should not have a lace front. the picture was kinda weird and creepy.the baby is cute without the lace front

  • The complex comes when there is no conversation, with or without the child has to be told she is beautiful, braids to the mid of back BEAUTIFUL, braids that hang a little BEAUTIFUL, it has nothing to do w/ the addition of hair. Parents who do not positively reinforce are the cause of the COMPLEX

  • That was a hot ghetto mess and for the mother to be quoted saying I don't go without my weave, neither should my baby. at that age a baby scalp is still soft and I am sure the glue is not doing much for her hair line

  • i hope they not black ...i hope they not black...DAMN IT !! they black...

  • Yes there is a difference between the two,

there is such thing as age, stage appropiate.

    its such a shame someone.

  • That lace front on the baby looks ridiculous!! It looks fake first of all and the parents are wrong for doing this to a baby. The baby is so cute and there is absolutely no excuse for putting a wig on a little baby. If I ever have a daughter, I don't care if she's bald with no hair on her head, I would never put a wig on her.

  • Please tell me this is a joke that someone uploaded? There are vendors that make child lace fronts because there are children that go through chemotherapy or have alopecia. That's where lace wigs were before they made it to the BSS....

  • this is friggn heart breaking! my momma would take my child b4 CPS ever even got a call...... this is truly the unchurched generation....

  • I agree its tooo much for a baby!

  • The comments say that the mother is holding the baby but that is a hairy flat chest...her daddy needs to be slapped as well!!! smh this is retarded. I saw this the other day and thought it was a joke. No extensions ever for my daughter and Im gonna tell her why she shouldnt do it herself. there are plenty more protective hairstyles possible without her having to add hair to her own.

  • What a cutie~

  • Re-damn-diculous indeed!

  • wow... thats halarious!!! are they for real???? lol

  • thats creepy....

  • Have you ever seen one of the white pagents where the new born infints wear wigs and pieces and such... been going on for a while people..black folks just now getting hip to it lol

  • What about SIDS and a choking hazard? Crazy!!!!

  • Ditto on her looking creepy with that wig on her head. Poor child. I never thought about the chemicals needed to adhere and remove the wig. That poor baby is being poisoned at such a young age. I hope it doesn't cause any complications down the line.

  • heeeeell to the no! NO WAY! that baby's mother needs a shrink! wtf was she thinking? WHY stick that mess on her little head, that hasn't even properly formed yet?!!!... I'v seen it all now, 4 reals... there r sum real messed up, crazy ass people out there..

  • i sub please sub back

  • It looks hideous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't believe it has gone this far!!!! This is ridiculos!!!! That pic looks gross!!! I think putting weave or braids in a child's hair is psychology damaging because they start to hate thier hair. Most of the time their mothers don't know how to take care of their hair so it never grows and then the child feels like they always need the fake hair because they want long hair.

  • I agree, I don't think people should put weaves or extensions in young childrens hair. And I don't think parents should relax their childrens hair either. People love to say it's just a choice and we have choices, but it's not a choice when you're doing it to a child, even if they ask for it. They've been brainwashed into thinking they need one. Let them grow up and make that choice for themselves when they're an adult.

  • OMG! Your son is so cute! :)

  • i definatly see what u mean. i had braided extentions in kindergarden, i never wore my hair out until 4th grade.

  • I agree. We would get braids in the summer just so we can do the sprinklers and stuff but nothing wild. That looks crazy!

  • Very creepy picture : O reminds me of an old scary bedtime story in Nigeria about a creature with really long hair that looks like a baby (lives in the bush) its called 'bush baby'. Why would any mother want her child to look like 'bush baby'?

  • rotflmao girl i remember that story growing up, yes she does! sad but true, she looks like a small mythical creature with that b.s on her head.

  • this is crazy its not that serious its just hair we have bigger issues to deal with in our community lets instill in our children the importance of education and family!

  • your baby boy is so cute... =] and it true what your sayinq i dont understand why you would put weave on a little qurl.. people just dont think now in days

  • maybe its not glued on, but just placed on...HOPEFULLY lol but yea the wig appears on even when its not....maybe it was for comedy lol cuz it sure is hilarious to me

  • it's glued trust me i know, you can't wear it off your face like the baby is, with out gluing it.

it would slip off and u would be able to see the lace that thing is attached, sad but true.

  • poor baby lol

  • lol I could not stop laughing omg that baby was looking crazy in those pictures. poor baby. I shouldn't laugh, that is seriously so sad. that baby will def. have some issues when she gets older. I don't understand some parents...

extensions aren't any better in my opinion

your son is very cute! i like his gap :)

    thanks for sharing

  • Your son looks just like you.

  • i think that the pictures are ridiculous... i think that girls are allowed to wear scungies with the hair attached because my little sister that is 7 wears it because holds the hair together for a whole week. I ususally brais it up and put her hair in a bun then wrap the hair scrungies on so it would last a week or two at the most to help out mmy mom..so she doesnt have to do her hair every morning..

  • That poor little girl! At first I thought she was a doll because the hair looks ridiculous and fake on her. In my opinion, no young girl should wear extensions unless it's for medical reasons, a prom or wedding or some other formal function.

  • LOL was my first thought. but the moral of the story is sad babies should have their own hair and not wear wigs and extentsions they just are babies and need their hair to grow.i think whoever did that was unethical

  • So pathetic

  • This is some crazy stuff she don't need to put her wishes or desire that she have on that baby that mom need to be a shame of herself let the babay be a baby let her relax and have fun

  • This has got to be a joke!!!! That baby is way too cute for a lace front wig. Somebody please call CPS on these parents cause when they remove it it's gonna hurt.

  • i could see if it was a play wig if she was like 3 but 3 months WTF and like when the site came up it was like BAM this little girl with this ugly weave and yes i said ugly...........the weave looks crazy not only because its a a child that cant even walk but it look senthetic..........i think the mom is ignorant and has nothing better to waste her money on and i mean like as sson as i saw it i thought it was fake the baby is so beautiful and now she looks lika a fake babrie doll

  • This is just sad, the parents of that baby need to be kicked in the throat.

  • ghetto foolishness.. why would someone put GLUE on a baby's sensitive skin.

btw your little boy is too cute

  • WTF?!!! That looks so crazy to me! Some of that hair could get wrapped around that babys neck and could choke her since it's so long. That babys mother is a damn fool.

  • found this poem on the website lol..nice;)Dear Lord, Im saying this prayer to you today, Please help me get away.
  • thats ridiculous...smh

  • SAD

  • after your 12 then its ok but even relaxers i never had we or relaxer un til iw was 10 with the relaxer and 12 with the weave(ext.) so people will be people but i do believe its wrong to put weave in a childs hair before the age of 10-12

  • oh my good tht is crazy

  • ROTFLMAO, that story is pure bullshit. I'm amazed by number of people who fell for this. Somebody wanted some attention and now they got it. The pictures were kind of funny though.

    BTW, I'm loving your hair.

  • i think that kids shouldnt have weave, extentians or WIGS. untill there like tweens and they want it .

  • Your son is so CUTE!

  • "Ma, is that my baby?"

    Lmao!

  • omg she looks so freaky!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • that is horrible

  • Makes me feel sick!... Lace wigs on babies! .. Nah, sumtin ain't right with this world!!

  • Yes. I saw that, on one of the blogs, what a shame, i thought i was a baby doll at first.

  • Umm.. Arent babies supposed to be bald?

As disturbing as that was I have to admit I laughed at first the picture is so ludicrous but yes it is sad. I can only imagine the embarrassment this child is going to feel when shes older and looks back on her baby pictures.

  • I think it's pretty obvious this is a joke and someone wants attention.

  • This is sooo sad! The poor baby could suffocate or strangle herself. I have not idea about lace front wigs (I have natural hair) but if they really do need to be glued onto the baba's head I JUST DON'T KNOW! This makes me sad...

  • when i saw the name of this video i though it was a joke and than i looked at the pictures, I could not believe it, clearly this mom is obsessed with her child having long hair ( that should be the least of her worries with a child that young), but how would her child ever achieve long hair if she is slapping lace front on the baby

  • Ms.TI doesnt babies have soft spots on the top of their head somewhere???

.. and couldnt that mess the baby up a lil ??

  • yes girl babies have 2 sets of soft spots, one on top of their head, and one in the back of their head...let's just pray she didn't do a full wig application, i can not imagine applying pressure or glue to that part of the baby's head....

  • This reminds me of all the little girls who are in pageants and have to wear wigs and false teeth, etc. Doing stuff like this to young people damages their self-esteem before they can even get going!

  • Someone should call DHS on the parents. It don't make any since, the babys real hair texture didn't even have a chance to come in. Don't the parent know how sensitive a babys skin is? and WHAT! The mother wants her child hair to be like beyonce. She's a Baby ugh. What is going on with today's parents? its a Shame

  • i dont think extensions should be put in a childs hair until they are at least 13 and i dont have any kids but my bf does and his daughter's mom put extensions in her hair already at the age of 4 she has braids in her hair,,

  • You know HATE is such a strong word...but............

I hate, hate, hate, hate the picture of that little girl.

I saw it about a week ago on Sandra Rose and on YBF(dot)com and was flabbergasted over it.

    IT'S NOT CUTE Ladies!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's hood and trashy. Stop destroying your children like this. Messing them up for life.

I know she didn't really GLUE that wig on that baby like that!!!!!!!!!! Poision on the newborn baby's head!!!!!!!!!!! She must remove it with alcohol too...sad

  • That is so dumb....

  • *gasps* OMG!

and might I add a... HAHAHAHA

    it doesnt even look natural

theyre going to ruin that baby's edges

  • Thats abuse.......sorry.

  • that is soo dangerous she could have a allergic reaction to the glue or even the hair. Why are we sooo hung up on hair our priorities are messed up. My children are two and ten years old. My youngest hair is really short and I just wash it and put a headbang on it for now, it will grow when its ready to grow and my ten year old i braid her hair and just wash and condition once a week. What happened to just doing your own hair.

  • i really dont think its a trend. more than likely it's just this dumb women trying to get attention. smh...

  • LMAO that baby looks like a newborn ewok with that shit on lmao omg!!!

  • lmao boy you are a mess! sad but true it looks so unnatural on her, she looks scary in that wig! SMH @ the mother and father!

  • sistah I saw a few days ago.....my hubby

    couldn't believe. it's a ghetto messs!

    thanks for starting this topic......

    Peace

  • your welcome=)

it is sad that is has come down to this, this is a h.a.m.

  • I saw this email on Friday, This is awful...

  • omg i cant belive that! i used to get SO mad when I saw a toddler in like miros or something but this is priceless, get that off ya babys head lol. And your son is a CUTIE!!!! he is very smilley :)

  • Children shouldn't get extentions. I mean, hell, at least wait untill they start high school. When children are that young they are far too impressionable and it's critical to send the right message. Once high school kicks in and they wanna be cool that's one thing but they should know they're excepted for who and what they are when at home. This kid's gunna grow up with a hair complex.

  • The wig looks weird, but most importantly having that heavy wig on that baby's head could cause some serious neck injuries.

  • Teach them that they are beautiful with their own hair. Therefore when a child reaches age 18 then they should be able to decides for themselves whether to perm or no perm.

  • 1st of all: your baby is so cute!!!!! Now to the issue at hand, OMG! No! Its so wrong, seeing the picture made me cry. I believe babies should be babies not miniature adults! I strongly believe we should stop perming and doing extension to our childrens hair. Honestly we have give our children there true identity & not customize their identity by based on the ideal beauty that society says (Beyonce).

  • She's SICK!!!!

  • Love the video, Lovelyti2002. And your son is handsome.

I was in shock to see that gorgeous baby with a glued lace from wig. I don't agree with that mother putting that on the baby's head.

I have two girls with thick hair...it's time consuming to do their hair each day. So, I was actually thinking of putting kinky twists in my 5 year old's hair for that reason and, also, because I wanted to protect her natural hair from what I was doing to it; Not because I don't love her own hair.

  • girl i am glad i am not alone! lol i used to put a towel on my head and wish my hair was that long as well smh lol

  • unbelivable!

those mother sould be arrested for a time...

(you are so beautifull and your kid is so cute!)

  • omg that not only is wrong, that is hideous. poor baby!! what are people thinking? is this a cry for fame or a sick joke!! i would have never imagined such insanity. disgracefu l!!

  • Poor baby! This needs to stop.

  • It's a shame that they would do that to a baby? Feel hate? I don't understand... Your son is a cutie!

  • I never wore weave or extensions in my hair until I was in high school. Got my 1st perm at 13 and wish I hadn't now that I'm 20. I went natural at 18 and kept it braided to allow it to grow and now have stopped that. I do my own hair, braided and two strand twists and use all natural products, no chemicals. And I will be locking it nxt month, but I think parents should teach their kids to embrace their beautiful natural hair no matter the texture. I surely do wish I had never permed it

  • This world is going to hell. People are getting more and more ridiculous with the stupid things they are doing. And then they get offended when other people have comments about it. Most of them are doing it just for attention, and that's pretty damn sad.

  • Your son is soo cute! Love the dimples.

  • OMG!!! smh

  • that baby is to cute for all that mess i know that her hair is so much more pretty then that wig smh

  • WTF!!! Was this mother thinking?

  • The little boy is adorable.

  • Very disturbing!

  • That's a crazy, putting a wig on a baby. It looks sooooo unnatural. They need to take that off the baby! Don't decide for your child, let them grow and decide how they want to wear their hair.

  • OMG that's rediculous

  • That picture looked terrible! The mom's cant be serious. Having little or no hair is a part of being a baby. I truly don't understand women who are so obsessed with their children's hair at a young age. I think it is sad to perm and weave a baby hair under 3 years old. That is way too young.

  • That picture really disturbs me! The parents need to be investigated for doing something so stupid. No one in their right stable mind would do something like that to an infant. The mom seems to be to obsessed with Beyonce.

  • i know when my mother did my hair in extensions or braids, it wasn't intended for me to have the idea that i was prettier because i had them, that was just an added idea. But i had hair that was hard to manage and it was easier and less time consuming to do so.

But as for that baby with extensions, its ridicules, i was half expecting to see that the site was a joke site but hay that's what this world is coming to. I hate when blk ppl do things like this. It makes us look so ignorant!

  • that is pure stupidity!! self hatred exists and it is wrong to impose and teach it to OUR children. We are all connected!! When will ppl understand???

  • omg! that is just ridiculous! horrible. disgusting. i feel embarrassed for thoes people. they turned their child into a freak show!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • This is absolutely ridiculous. I call this child abuse. If I ever have a daughter, I will never put extensions or relaxers on her hair. I would let her have fun and enjoy her childhood, as she gets into her teenage years, she can make the decision whether she wants extensions in her own will. It's about time we teach our future black children to be comfortable with the hair they are born with. It starts now!

    SMH

  • that is ridiculous. why do people even THINK about doing things like that?

    crazy.

your son is so so so cutee btw :D

  • Comment removed

  • He is Soo handsome!!!

  • I saw that pic of the baby a few days ago. I was laughing in tears. It truly is ignorant. I mean really though has it came down to this? Let the baby be a baby. The child looks ridiculous and scary!!!

I feel children should not wear weaves it can ruin their self esteem. Just let their hair grow naturally on its own, and stay healthy without putting all of those extensions, weaves, and wigs in their hair.

  • btw what if that baby tries to eat the lace front lol....that thing is a hazard

  • etensions, are ok, within reason. For instance my daughter is 9. I braided her hair in singles She has shoulder length, hair. I did the singles maybe 2 inches longer. It was more for conveniece. . Me as her mother , who is also natural I feel that its important to give her hair rest and protection. I just make it clear that its a part of out "hair care " routine, as opposed to a style or certain look.

  • wow she really need to stop i think she just want to be talked about come on what mother in there right mind would do that she need help and is not funny

  • People are crazy girl, I just read on a forum that some girls cousin put a relaxer in her 1 yr old daughters head. I never understood the extent of idiocy in misinformed women. Just let the child be a child who cares if a baby has short hair. braid it up and put a ribbon on it. I had a flat top and no hair on the side when I was that young that baby is fresh out the womb.

  • besides...all children have short hair at that age. children really dont get hair until a little before 2 years old. at least longer hair.

  • Child Protective Services needs to be called A.S.A.P.

  • your son is so cute!!!!!!!

  • thanks girl lol he's finally sleep!

  • damn hot mess

  • That is so ridiculous, that mother needs counseling or something because I don't think any reasonable clear mindednmother would do such a thing.

  • lol, i saw this picture a few days ago on a hair forum in someone's avitar. i think it is sad and pathetic..she need help.

  • jesus i didnt mean to laugh but that baby looks ridiculous. who does that to a baby? i know they also have actual wigs made for babies with a headband attached.

  • Your son has your nose!! aw too cute!

  • thanks girl=)
