Ten needs investment the size of what News Ltd did for Ch10 Syd/Mel news in the 80's, nationwide to give Ten a major advantage.
Same with modernisation of the facilities in Brisbane and Perth: especially as 10 has had to share space with the ABC in QLD since '06, use the upcoming ABC move to South Bank to renew the Brisbane 10 station's facilities.
