Yardbarker I'm 5 7 and I am able to reverse 180 dunks. Truthfully, anyone can do it, just do the right workouts with the right nutrition. I personally used the training at 50inch vertical[dot]com but any workout could be followed if you are sure they generate results

No way he can do the double eastbay as he claims. As a matter of fact, air up there is getting older and not jumping as high as he used to. In the amateur dunk contest for instance he tried the 720 dunk and did a 720 layup in return. However, he still got hops.
