@SunBreaker6 If they are really dark sometimes they do leave a mark, but if it is correctly lasered off the lighter colors won't be visible at all. Some will lighten them and get a cover up tattoo.

the Japanese tattoo parlor looked a lot more safer then ones here. There used to one here, where I live(Canada), but it got shut down for spreading diseases.

Anyways, maybe I will get one when I come to Japan.
