When i was pregnant all i craved was pasta and tomato sauce. I had never order of a pizza casserole (well my grandma called it a pizza pasta) but in her's she had beef, italian sausage, pepperoni, cheese and pizza sauce. Boy i thought it was an invention lol guess not cuz yours is basically the same lol. I'm sure it's good. Thanks for posting because I completely forgot about this dish, I will def. be making

I usually make my spaghetti sauce the same way and then the next day if I have left over sauce I usually make a casserole using another type of pasta like bow ties or coloroful Rotini , a salad, 5 cheese Texas toast ...oooh guess what I'm making 4 dinner tonight..thanks for the idea!
