Violet, this was very sad. I am very sensitive to the emotional and physical pain that abused animals have to endure and I am sure you are as well. But the sadness and pain the abuse animals feel far exceeds our own obviously. Much as my heart can't take watching and hearing about animal abuse, I continue to watch them and forward to others so that they too may be aware of the tragic things that people due to animals. Keep raising awareness!
We need to worry about the pit bulls when 3600 children are dying each year that have been killed by thier parents are you wanting to ban the humans too? Labs attack far more ppl a year than pit bulls this is FACT shall we kill all Labs. Better yet teenagers keep shooting kids in school lets kill all teens to there is something wrong with them? No wait usually when a child goes wrong we blame the parents usually with good reason. So if a dog is trained to attack u blame the dog not the trainer?
Pit-bulls are nice and shouldn't be brought up in cities (appartments) where there is no enough space for them. So they become agressive as a result of it.
Can you also show pictures of children who were murdered or seriously injured by such pitbulls? (just to show the other part of a coin). Thanks
I have to disagree with you. I live in an apartment with my dog. Apartments don't make dogs aggressive, irresponsible owners who don't properly raise, train and care for their dogs do. I can give you just as many examples of pit bulls raised in homes with big backyards that end up being chained to a dog house all day. My dog gets plenty of exercise and mental stimulation.
Pit bulls are indeed great dogs...as long as they have great owners..and that goes for any breed...
True True to chain a dog is going to make that dog aggressive. Dogs need socialization, good Food, fresh Water, lots of kisses & hugs and love. Actually Karo you have a GREAT POINT WE NEED TO START ADVERTISING ALL DOG ATTACKS SO THAT IDIOTS REALIZE MOST ARE NOT FROM PITS & we need to kill & ban every breed that kills or hurts OOOPS WAIT HMMM THE HUMAN RACE WOULD BE THE FIRST TO GO.
This is the other side of the coin. All you see is biased media articles and politicians speaking out against pit bulls. This video was made in dedication to the pit bulls who are heroes, who are family pets, who have never hurt anyone but are being victimized and discriminated against. This IS the other side of the coin.
@violetviolets my uncle had 4 pittys its like racism to pitts.
most people are so ignorant one kid i know said a bulldog x pit bull atacked him and i was like how tall gives me a huge height and i was like was it wrinkly at all hes like no ended up it was a lab. my grama always had bull terriers and thought they were pittys and shyed away and when they saw my uncles pittys they were like omg so cute what breed and then after he said pittys they walked away
When are these governments going to just stop banning eveything they dont understand?? This video is great. Well done! One person at a time we will all help to 're-educate' the public, our families, and even the media. Its about promoting "Responsible Ownership" - choosing the 'right' dog for your lifestyle, being dedicated to providing training and guidance, and learning how to be a strong leader.
Yes what Teyah said. Well said T. Also the part about chosing the right dog for your lifestyle I never understood that and only had one dog who was small yap yap and he was not for me so my hairdresser loved him so much I gave him to him. The Pit Bull is perfect for me he is like a baby I can't explain it I never would have imagined feeling this way about an animal I love him as I do my children.
We have 3 pits they are very loving and meek mannered, however our German Shep is not friendly to strangers we have to be very cautous with him we never allow anyone to pet him he will bite our pits never ever would the neighborhood kids come to play with them every day and all the moms have totally changed their minds about pits thanks to good owners like us. I live in middle soccor mom suburbia so they were very nervous at first now they love our dogs. shep has to b on leash w us always.
I thank you for putting this information out there.

This is a lovely video. I only hope that people will soon understand that a dog is only as dangerous as its owner allows it to be. Thank you.

I don't have a pitbull but I do have 2 rottweilers. I think they are the second breed that is misunderstood., I would stand united with you anytime.

I also have a rott and she is very well behaved and in her 6 yrs. has NEVER been aggressive towards people or another animal. I support as well.
