I'm sorry but ratings do not mean shit to me. Leno is a tool. Dont forget Conan was a writer for SNL and the Simpsons. He has way more originality then Jay. The reason why Jay has a show still is mainly cause NBC is scared that Conan will be too distant from the older crowd that still cannot get over Carson. Also David Letterman is lightyears ahead of Jay Leno. Now if Conan had to fill in for Dave I would say Conan has big shoes to fill but Conan has already filled Leno's shoes a long time ago.
