yes it works with p990i - all functionalities.  I just purchased one. and P990i can still pair with another bluetooth device, like an earphone. A perfect match.

When i gt a mesage, i get the mesage signs, and thats it. but someone can read the mesage on the watch...!???

What are you talking about? The hands move just like on any other analog watch. You can even see in the video that they move - look at the time at the start vs. the end of the video.
