This contest is brilliant, can't wait for the next one. It reminds me of being a complete skate rat when i was that age. john's awesome... even with all the free stuff being given to him he's still rocking the fucked up board and shoes held together more by his feet than the stitching.
Forrest has talent but it got in the way of his attitude, once he lets that past him... he'll be coming up FAST. Rueban is only 16 so hes got a haul but he'll make it. John was the medium and deserved to win. Pretty happy about the outcome.

Agreed, although in skateboarding acting like a bit of a tit can sometimes work for you. I suspect that Forrest may have been hoping that a bit of attitude may pave the way to the kind of fame which Terry Kennedy has enjoyed, much of which is down to his image. The difference however is that Terry pulls it off in a manner which is entertaining rather than offensive for the most part.

Let's face it...if this was only about the skateboarding Forrest would have won. Still surprised that Matty didn't make it to the finals. For me Matty and Forrest were the standouts.

Agreed, although in skateboarding acting like a bit of a tit can sometimes work for you. I suspect that Forrest may have been hoping that a bit of attitude may pave the way to the kind of fame which Terry Kennedy has enjoyed, much of which is down to his image. The difference however is that Terry pulls it off in a manner which is entertaining rather than offensive for the most part.
