@ronvins i should clarify that. I meant that it's going to be weird that Akira won't be doing the soundtrack for the newest game. Since he left Konami, they have someone else doing the music for the new game.
@jerumwolf I know that he's not doing the new soundtrack, but we should give the new guy a chance. From what I've heard in the trailer and game play footage, the new guy captures the beauty and creepiness of Silent Hill in a new way. That's just my opinion though.
@ronvins Oh yeah, I'm absolutely willing to give him a chance. So far it sounds pretty good. It's just a bit weird, because Yamaoka was very distinctive and a huge part of Silent Hill. Don't worry, I think the new guy will do a fine job. I'm really looking forward to Downpour.

@ronvins Oh yeah, I always try the new Silent Hills. I know it's been said to death, but Homecoming was a weak entry for a Silent Hill. I mean that purely on story, and that it lacked the depth of previous titles. How ever, it was still an enjoyable enough game. Then I thought Shattered Memories was incredible. It was such a unique and incredible game. I can agree that the series may have lost a bit of something after team silent left (With the exception of Shattered Memories) but (Continued)
@jerumwolf It wasn't really weak, it was just straightforward. In the other games, it was always difficult to tell what was going on, and they were mega complicated. But I don't think that you should have to do that in order to tell a good story. I personally loved Homecoming. I actually loved all of them except for The Room.

Except she didn't, and took the lazy route besides, copying them wholesale from another website--which happened to get them wrong. In doing so she left herself open for criticism.
And it's not as if those correcting the lyrics are all big bad meanies. Sometimes people just want to set the record straight when something is presented incorrectly.

The lyrics posted everywhere are wrong and don't make sense, because the song is clearly reffering to concrete events in the game's plot ("ring of gold", "jealous mind" or "rocky boat").

Actually, one of the reasons i bought SH Homecoming is because i loved the songs, i heard them before playing the game. I'm happy i didn't read spoilers when i was searching for the songs, LOL
The best thing to do when you are playing games that you are into the stories on is to not look at the internet at all. I did that while playing Dead Space and I read a few comments which totally ruined the ending for me.
This song, besides being very beautiful, might have something to do with Alex killing Josh. Alex accidentally killed Josh over the Shepherd family ring on a rowing boat in Toluca Lake.
Most of the lyrics are like that in almost every song like "One more soul to the call, two more souls to the call" etc. being about the sacrificed Children with "Four more souls won't be all and you know it" meaning it'll just keep repeating. If you look almost every song in Silent Hill represents the game and its characters in some way.
People who are correcting the mistakes in this video, shut the fuck up before I crack your asses open. He did a lot of hard work on this and it paid off so stop narking on him just because of a couple of mistakes.

Most of the lyrics are like that in almost every song like "One more soul to the call, two more souls to the call" etc. being about the sacrificed Children with "Four more souls won't be all and you know it" meaning it'll just keep repeating. If you look almost every song in Silent Hill represents the game and its characters in some way.

People who are correcting the mistakes in this video, shut the fuck up before I crack your asses open. He did a lot of hard work on this and it paid off so stop narking on him just because of a couple of mistakes.

You're missing the point, mate. Since it's just a song uploaded to YouTube, the only work being done here is just that. I'm correcting the lyrics. Now, if you want to go on and say this was hard work, I'd have to laugh in your face. I did the same thing so that I could correct him. Not to mention I'm pretty sure he didn't even do that much, because as I said, not only are the lyrics wrong, but posted exactly the same from other websites. In other words, he just ripped it from one such site.

As posted elsewhere, the lyrics are wrong.
For starters:
"Genocide" is "jealous mind". It also makes more sense.
"Ring of thorn" is "ring of gold".
"We have come to far to ever run away!" is "We have come to far to ever turn away!"
Finally, "Runnin' by another line" is "Murdered by another lie". This one is inexcusable to me as it is very easy to hear.
Besides these, the differences are minor (i.e. extra words like "that" and "you" are omitted).

First of all: kkeelan and I were not referring to you in the last few comments in this conversation; it was Niltiac. Secondly, I believe you are mistaken in your assessment of just how 'minor' these mistakes are. Whole phrases are wrong, if you hadn't noticed.

Redundancy doesn't even enter into the picture here. The importance of the comment was to point out the more than 'minor mistakes'. @NiltiacTsegrah I didn't go through 'every single video'. I don't even know what you mean by that. I only commented on two, one of which was this one. I think you're assuming what I said about the lyrics being posted incorrectly 'everywhere' to mean I literally browsed through every single site on the Internet that had them listed, and that I did so in one sitting and to the detriment of my own life.
