@indievisble What does 'being an animal lover' have to with what KIND of meat you eat, if you're an animal lover wouldn't it be more logical to eat NO KINDS of meat, at all? Or perhaps, even better, only eat meat from animals which you know have been raised in a good way. Eating a dog (as they do in China) or a reindeer (as they do in northern Scandinavia) which has been raised in a free and happy environment is so much better for animal welfare than eating, for example, a big mac.

Personally I don't get the whole "Animal lover = not eating meat" thing at all. I Love animals! I love watching them run around, doing their thing, I enjoy communing with animals I just love the things.

But i also love eating bits of dead animals. So I dunno why people get so hung up about it.
