Don't kno if any of you know this...Ian did a short stint with "the Doors" or I should say he was doing lead vocals with the "21st Century Doors" A few years ago with Robbie Kreiger,and Ray Manzierk, but the drummer took them to court and tried to sue them....He did a AWESOME job tho channeling the essence of Jim Morrison...it was a good show...he even dressed like Jim !!!

I think the title of this album "Electric" is a secret tribute to AC/DC. There are other songs on this album are very similar to AC/DC's riffs and style.

Yea, so they ripped of AC/DC's riff. So what? They did something new with it and it sounds great. AC/DC ripped off a couple of The Stones riff's here and there (Who Made Who is taken straight from Honky Tonk Women - which they covered earlier in their career).

A long time Cult fan. I took a good friend to see Aerosmith Just Push Play tour in Las Vegas at the MGM Grand Garden Theatre. I flew from Texas and he drove from California - we met in Las Vegas. Toys in the Attic Tour was my first concert. Anyway, Just Push Play was a good show, so when they came through Dallas a few months later - I picked up a ticked for myself to catch Aerosmith again and guess who opened the show? Yep, The Cult. They sounded great - played em all!!! The Cult Rocks!!!!

@VAROCKER1 They both rock, but Love is definitely their best album. Sonic Temple is good, but they we're trying to sound really commercial during that time. When Love came out, they weren’t that big and didn't know how successful the album would be, so it's much more natural and raw sounding, more original too. Love is one of my all time faves!

I know I'm not the first one to notice this...but this riff is directly lifted from Rock and Roll Singer from High Voltage by ACDC. This drummer is definitely Phil Rudd's understudy....and so much better than Matt Sorum...this album swung...it's funny but Sorum degraded both the Cult and GNR after he joined....
