To all those who were professor Edward Alvarado' fans, I have the duty to tell you that my father just passed away today 02/26/2011 at 5:30 P.M. He was in a critical medical condition that is way we stop the show. To all those who can provide us your support, please call me: 646-479-5162. The family would appreciate it. Rest in peace my beloved father. (Luis Alvarado)
Whenever I see him I always give him some money, and he always says hi with his hand for a second. I saw him two weeks ago in Times Square. His name on his banner says Professor Edwardo Alvarado. Is that wrong?
I see him all the time in Penn Station. His music and his dancing dolls make me smile even when I'm sleepy or cranky or both -- and for that I am very grateful. Thank you Professor Alvarado!
He was in Penn Station today by the McDonalds at around 8:15am. He was in Penn Station two other mornings this week as well. He is still going strong, though he now sits while he plays as opposed to standing like in this video. Like labdarugo commented above, Prof. Alvarado's music always makes me smile as well. He also seems like a very kind person.
Anyway, just wanted to let you know that I saw him today and that he still looked happy as ever playing that keyboard of his :)
