There couldn't be a better Springsteen tune for Neil to play lead on. Wish we could clean up the audio a bit, but you can still hear the guitars howl.

My mother and brother are safe in the arms of my Heavenly Father.
There was a ton of silence in my hometown, when my brother died. A lot of head shaking and very little honor,and a lot of dirty lies.
This song could have been written for her. My brother had a beautiful gentle spirit.My mother did the best she could. He took piano lessons from one of the best teachers in our area. He was good.

It's actually from The Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul, MN, not Minneapolis. I know the bootleg DVD says "Rockin' Minneapolis," but it's incorrect. This video was a video taken from the screens of the live performance, which was being filmed by the legendary rock doc filmaker, D.A. Pennebaker (Don't Look Back, Monterery Pop, Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars, etc.)
