i loved your recipe. it makes me wanna do a recipe on my version of the shanghai egg roll(lumpia). I like to infuse some ingredients commonly used in thai and vietmanese cuisine and a mix of the filipino cuisine in my recipe and my son and friends just loooove them. For my sauce i like to use banana ketchup, fish sauce, sweet chili sauce and the thai sriracha sauce for my dipping sauces for a bunch of variety.
