@TheWeaponGamer , i don't think this is a tutorial on how to do the level. Its just him playing the level just like you are, only hes recording. So you got coins when you played and so did he. Believe it or not he also wants to unlock more characters with his money.

Right underneath the deck where the second slave cage sets Indy picks up a little orange and gray cylinder that has to be dropped in the next room. I have tried twice and cannot get this to appear. Any suggestions?

This is the console version, the hand helds and console versions are completely different. This guide probably can't help you at all with the PSP one.
