And you got one thing very wrong... Mr Hsu is definitely not the employer (get your fact straight). They entered the contract supposely as partners. Hsu didn't honor the agreement, So they're ending it!

楊宗緯2008年出的"鴿子專輯"一開始就賣出7.5萬張,但到年底的統計還是7.5萬張.明明在台灣,新馬,香港,內地"原版和改版"都大賣,少說加起來也有10萬多張,可見他的"前經紀人"做假帳,希望大家去國稅局告發,增加國庫稅收!

BUT yet still he living in the apartment where Mr Hui is paying the rent????
So he has been enjoying his employee benifts on one hand and REFUSING DOING ANY WORK FOR TWO MONTH on the other
WOW....
(please correct me if i'm wrong, Aska's lawyer said Mr Hui only paid till Dec's rent and he hasn't paid the Jan's rent yet)
